Motel service was no good, rooms were dirty, dark and even had electrical problems!

First trip to Niagara for my wife, myself and father(86 years old) rooms were over priced, Both rooms were on third floor, no elevator in hotel. Asked why they put a senior on the third floor and the only answer was you did not request ground level, we booked the room under a senior. They gave no consideration to his age, Rooms were dirty and dark, Plug in the hair dyer and the power would go off on half the room and my father room also would loose power. We spent one week in Canada area, this was the most expensive hotel including Hampton Inn, on the trip and by far the only hotel that we would never recommend to anyone. We asked to check out the next morning but they would not give us any reimbursement for the next night. The people working at the front desk just did not care. This was our first trip into Canada. This is a terrible hotel DONOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. more
