The Advantage Inn, owned and family operated, is an outstanding value and place to relax. The pool is meticulousy maintained by Bill, the gardening of Hansa is impeccable, and the humour provided by Jay. I highly recommend this motel, as is is over the busy side street, Montrose.......which leads to Walmart but close to the Falls and Casino. more

Advantage Inn review, Very clean motel room, staff was excellent and great customer service. The motel is about 6 minutes away from the horseshoe falls. They have lots of things to do right on site. Room was supposedly "Jacuzzi Suite" -ants EVERYWHERE, no air, bad electrical (lighting did not stay on), and we found a woman's top shoved under the sheet covering the mattress. I was deeply disappointed in my stay and will never stay with them again. more

The Advantage Inn is your basic old-timey motor inn style motel that were the norm in the 70's and 80's. In the Lundys Lane area, there are plenty of this style of motel around.
