This hotel was absolutley incredible!!!! The atrium was like a bubble in the middle of the building, but it didn't matter. The resaraunt was fanstastic. Everything within walking distance. Clean pool, nice staff, excellent servic, you can't go wrong with this place! more

If you are going to see the falls this is by far the best hotel. We stayed on the 36th floor and had great views of both the American and Canadian Falls as well as the fire works show that evening. Fallsview room OK. Hotel facilities poor. Breakfast is terrible and in TGIF room. Space used for cooking eggs definitely laible to health inspection. YUK! Poor restaurant, unable to cope with numbers. Too many large groups, special packages. Lack of individual attn. Over-priced but a good view. Better to stay elsewhere. Not recommended. more
