We stayed for 2 nights found the staff to be very friendly and rooms to be clean but basic. House keeping does there job well by replacing all towels, vacuuming every day and replacing all other supplies without having to ask. Location is good with a 10-15 minute walk to all attractions. Staff was very friendly but this a no frills hotel. You have a bed, TV, and well that is about it. Their towels are nice and thick. Price was right for the location. Relatively inexpensive. Stayed 2-nights after a night at the Hilton not too far from the Diplomat Inn. Very friendly staff. The room with the Jacuzzi was clean, spacious, and reasonably priced. The location is close by the major attractions. more

My girlfriend and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend. We just needed a place to stay and get dressed as we planned on being out on the town for the whole trip. The Diplomat was excellent. I Would like to recommend this place to everyone. It has Free Parking. Rooms are clean, inventory is replenished every day. Washrooms are clean. We booked for $49.00/night. when we got there the advertised price there was $44.00/night. i don't mind paying $49.00/night for weekdays. i don't see any problem in this motel. Me and a few of my buddies picked this place after seeing the good reviews about on this website. We booked the same day we arrived as it was a last minute, spur of the moment thing.
