If you are looking for a place to stay with your family or friends, but don't want to stay in a hotel, this place is worth looking at. It has most of the basic needs one could wish for during a vacation. Me and my family rented the house for our christmas getaway and only missed a few things for... More

I would recommend Stoneleigh Guest House if you are looking for a nice B&B. We brought along our little dog and we stayed in the Garden View Room. It was very convenient as the room had french doors that allowed us to let out out dog into the backyard. The room and bathroom are clean and cozy and in the... More

The Stoneleigh was a great experience. I stayed for two nights during peak season and was hesitant at first because it was my first time ever staying at a Bed and Breakfast. Immediately after my arrival my nerves were set at ease. We were happily greeted by Muriel and shown to our Garden View room. It was clean, modern, and... More

Definitely stay away!! We were abandoned by our hostess with no breakfast and even when she first gretted us she was in a mess and looked like she had no idea who we were or what was happening. All night she sat out on the driveway in her jeep; which, to say the least, really disturbed me! In the morning... More

The pictures on Stoneleigh's website do not represent the condition the B&B is currently in! This B&B's age is showing and the rooms do not look as nice as the pictures do. On the day of our arrival, Muriel seemed out of it...kind of like someone who has missed a dose of medication. She opened the door and Annie comes... More

I have to agree with the other reviewers. Muriel's B&B, Stoneleigh is wonderful. It a charming cottage with a lovely garden and is perfectly located for visitors to Niagara Falls, the Shaw Festival, or some wine country touring and tasting. Hats off to Muriel's breakfasts as well.

Have to agree with the 2 previous reviewers, this is a fantastic B&B to stay at. Recently stayed 5 days & everything was great. Muriel is a fine host who is both helpful & knowledgable on Niagara Falls & the breakfast is indeed first class. The rooms are also great (the Green room had a bed to die for). Location... More
