My husband and I stayed here in June of 2006. The motel was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was nice, they had muffins and cold cereal with juice or coffee. I have stayed here probably close to 10 times since the drive up from Pittsburgh is so easy. Very accessible from the QEW. Very cheap rooms, clean, basic. Friendly staff and free parking. They offer good packages (jacuzzi/casino/etc) so keep your eyes peeled. The best thing - it is about a 3 minute walk across the street to Casino Niagara.... more

We loved our stay at the Inn by the Falls. We had a jacuzzi room, and it was perfect! The room (and jacuzzi) were very clean (although we were next to the maintenance closet, but you couldn't tell). The look of the hotel was very cute--pink walls, flower boxes--nicely done, but not over the top at all. It screams "friendly".... more

They were extremely friendly....Adam especially. He managed to get me to the inn from the Peace Bridge, not having the slightest clue where I was going. He was so nice, telling me if I needed any help or further directions to call back. And he kept the person I was meeting there so I wouldn't have to go looking for... more

Our stay was excellent. We rented a jacuzzi room. It was so cool! The mirrors and heart-shaped jacuzzi definately made the room more romantic. It was very clean, comfortable, and affordable. Excellent Location! Across the street from the Casino. Perkins Pancakes is also across the street although $$$$10 for eggs..yikes.
