The only place to explore Niagara Falls from. Walking or bus everywhere you want to go. The town is Easy to get around very quaint. If you want to drive easy access everywhere. The Jet Boat tour was the best. It was really neat to stay in a new developing B&B. If you ever thought you might want to start... More

Every thing was awesome here. John and staff were professional knowledgeable helpful. Location simply could not be better. Bring Your Bikes! We had the lower room no.1 and only have one complaint. Even tho temps were very cool and this is a basement room we couldnt get the ac to cool quite to our desired cool sleeping temp.

Such a charming property. Hosts were fantastic and breakfast was as delicious as promised. We stayed in the ground floor suite and loved having the little patio area right outside. Location was just far enough from the falls to remain quiet and relaxing but close enough that we walked to the falls multiple times with our small children. The room... More

Very laid back environment. Our room was cozy also had a nice view. Walking distance to the falls and some other attractions as well as restaurants. Breakfast was amazing, the chef cooked what you specified, fresh and also with love :) The hosts were friendly and helpful, showing us the way around and we had nice conversations. Bathroom was small,... More

Close to the falls and all of it's attractions, yet just far enough removed to enjoy the quiet, relaxed atmosphere in this historic beauty with magnificent views, fabulous meals, cozy clean beds and outstanding hospitality. This made for a most memorable stay!

Amazing breakfast, excellent location and terrific charm. The hosts were very welcoming and inviting. It's name says it all with its Grandview of the Niagara River and it's history. Thank you for the great accommodations and cycling services.

The view of the Niagara River and the sound of the Falls close by make sitting on this quiet Victorian veranda with a cup of coffee most enjoyable. Learned a lot of local history from our gracious hosts John and Eric. The pièce de résistance was our excellent breakfast served by the accomplished chef Jo.

The B&B was wonderful. Very personable, and welcoming. The breakfast was great, with lots to chose from. We met two couples that come up twice a year and stay only there. The room was comfortable, and walked out to a private garden with a view of the River. It is located very near downtown and very walkable. It was close... More

Joanne was fantastic. Breakfast, coffee, history, good ideas for daytime activities, and always a fantastic smile for everyone. Couldn't have asked for anything more! Thanks Joanne : ) The Eastwood is in an excellent location. It is a short walk to the major attractions, and just far away enough that the nighttime noise doesn't interfere with a good night's sleep.... More
