We booked this hotel because the price it was. The hotel was clean and quiet. It is located about 8 to 10 minutes from the falls. The room was average, however the hallway on floor 3 was hotter than heck no air. The ice machine and drink machines were on the 4th floor and at separate ends of the hall.... More

We booked this hotel for a weekend trip to Niagara Falls. As expected the room rate was exorbitant due to the summer season and long weekend for Canada Day/July 4th. The hotel was not worth the premium price being charged. Property is clean but needs updating. Our fifth floor room was spacious but the old A/C unit was difficult to... More

I chose this hotel because I just needed a place to sleep, shower, change and check email, in between socializing with friends and colleagues at a week long event at Brock University. The location worked well as it's directly off the highway, and has several restaurant options nearby, along with a movie theatre and other shopping. The beds were surprisingly... More

This hotel is decent in terms of room, and service. Everything seemed clean and o.k value for the price. The staff were friendly and even allowed us to check in earlier., However, it's way too far from the falls and where all the fun is. On the bright side, it's only 5 minutes drive (not even) from Niagara outlets, for... More

I booked this hotel as a " secret room " on Travelocity at a good price during the long weekend. My expectations were not high! Staff was really nice and switched our room without our request ( we were put in a room with one bed, even though I came with a girl friend ) The rooms are clean (... More

There was an unsettling odor at the hotel and the smell was worse when we got to the room. My eyes became itchy and watery but as we left the room and went outside, I was fine again. The room was very basic, nothing special about it. 1-queen/double bed, 18" TV, stiff bed, dirty bathroom/red carpet. Spent 1-night and very... More

This hotel was worn out and dated! The room had a rip in the carpet, a flickering bathroom fluorescent light that worked properly after 3 hrs, a toilet that ran, no mini fridge, and no fitted sheet on the mattress, and 1970s decor. I would expect to pay $70-$80 per night for a room like this, not double that!

i like the room cozy and comfortable. it is of a medium size with a window given on the Chapel and gazebo for weddings. the bed is excellent for any back problem. i like the wood-reddish furniture and the drapery on a nice fantasy color grey-silver and cream. as you enter in the room, the view and the feeling you... It's close enough to everything that it's just a short trip. However, parking is expensive closer to the falls and it's too far to walk. The rooms were decent. Everything was clean. Nothing particularly noteworthy. I recall seeing that they offer WiFi. However, it is not free and we did not have any signal in our room. The cost was... More
