Arrived at 10.00 am. We were told we would not get into our room till 4.00 pm. We asked about having a meal or a drink later. "The chef does not work on. Monday!" So, no dinner. Nor, apparently, do the bar staff - no drinks. The slowest wifi in the world. No tea or coffee making facilities but a... More

The view of the falls from the queen suite was breathtaking! Well worth the money for our first time to Niagara Falls. However . . . - The view of the falls at night, the illumination is turned off at midnight which doesn't allow much time to enjoy the view at night. Especially after a long day/late night of touring... More

We stayed here for our 35th Anniversary in August. I researched for weeks before deciding on The Tower. We wanted a GREAT view of the Falls, a nice room and reasonable price. I had finally decided to bite the bullet on the price and book at the Marriott Falls View when I came upon a review of The Tower Hotel,... More

My husband & I spent a week here for my birthday last week. I had already read some reviews and knew the rooms were small. BUT the view, staff courtesy & friendliness made up for the size of the rooms. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the cleaning staff was wonderful!!! This was our first time there and they went... Never stayed at a Boutique hotel before and wasn't really sure what that meant but loved the pics and excited about the prospect of the amazing views. This hotel did not disappoint-the views were truly breathtaking!!! WARNING-the rooms are very small and I think some are in different stages of reno/updating decor. This is not a hotel for families as... More

We stayed at the tower hotel for three nights. First, I must say that the valets, front desk, and housekeeping staff are friendly and attentive. Our room was on the thirtieth floor with a fall's view. The room number was actually 3012. Right out of the many Windows spectacular beauty. The room was on the smaller side, but still accommodated... More

Hotel was nice, clean and staff was friendly and helpful. I did not quite understand that the rooms are only located on floors 27-30 so its a very long elevator ride from the lobby to your room, ( and I am not a elevator fan) No real night life in the hotel, no bar ect and the restaurants close early... It's definitely a strange and unconventional hotel and both the building and the fornitures need some renovation, but it has 2 huge benefits: the venue (few minutes walk from the falls and the city center) and above all an incredible view over the falls. it is Amazing to go to bed watching the water coloured by the lights and to... Nice Hotel with unique rooms with large windows to see out of. Staff were very nice and helpful. Location is wonderful being located on the strip. The rooms are small which was alright. The bathroom is very small and still...I can live with that. The biggest disappointment for our room was how neglected it had been. Wall paper had wrinkles... More
