We choose this hotel from online reviews we had read, as being the best "value" priced hotel meeting the critereia for us of: -Priced under $70 including taxes -Having a pool -Having interior corridors We booked a 2 Queen bed standard non-smoking suite using hotels.ca at 1am on Saturday morning. We were given a confirmation and itineray # from the... more

My girlfriend and I wanted to change our reservation at this hotel. The problem is not only that the hotel manager Emily refused to help us, but did not return any of our phone calls. We were promised an answer in 2 hours and after several phone calls over a 24 hour period, never did we receive a call back.... more

I just got back from my trip to Niagara where I stayed at the Ramada Inn Suites - I was a bit concerned myself after reading the some negative reviews of the hotel but I believe the hotel was just fine! My family got 2 suites for 3 nights at a VERY affordable rate. The rooms were spacious and clean... more

My company held a conference here. At 5 minutes before show time, the reader board in lobby still had no information telling my guests where to go. The meeting room downstairs had the wrong company name. There was no internet access in meeting rooms and no business center, yet they claim to be a conference facility. IT GETS WORSE. Over... more

We checked in and the front lobby is really nice, the rest is NOT! The room was okay, the carpets were horribly stained! The parking lot was VERY dark @ night, VERY UNSAFE! The pool/hot tub area in the basement (dungeon?) was VERY FILTHY and in need of some modernization! The pool had a thick black scum ring around it... more

I booked it at a good price and have to say I have no regrets. Our room was clean enough, and everything was in working condition. It was very 80's looking and the indoor pool was clean and in working order. The Jacuzzi was a little Fred Flintstone, and the Sauna did not work. The work out room has been undergoing... more

I think that this has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I stayed in many. It is outdated and in need of repairs. I booked a suite and we got stuck in a smoking room. We have asthma and allergies so with no alternative, we took two separate rooms on separate floors!!(what fun is this... more

I arrived on what seemed to be a very busy Friday Evening. Upon appearance, it was obvious that the staff felt rushed , pressured and hurried. The Front Desk Lady was actually on the phone , while trying to take our check in . We did not book beforehand , rather we just walked into the hotel due to the... more

An overall nice place, but a few concerns . . . The room was just large enough for one person. Don't know if bigger rooms were available for couples. The lobby did not have an ATM or gift shop. You had to go next door to the Mariott for these. Make sure to ask for a room with a view... more

Yes this hotel needs updating. Yes the carpets could use a good cleaning. Yes the pool areas is pretty small and unapealing. But for the price I got it on hotwire, I was very pleased. 66$ bought me two beds, a suite, with an adjoining room which had a couch, extra t.v. (great for the kids) a microwave, and a... more
