I booked the hotel because of the online pictures. I called the hotel and asked for the room online, full falls view! When we arrived there was a building between the hotel and the falls. Our room had no view of the falls,when we complained we were moved higher,18th floor. We then had a view of one of the falls. more

I booked originally a "city view" room, and later called directly to upgrade. The price was much more than what is quoted online, but I thought I was getting a top notch hotel, with a great view of the falls.
