We found a 2-night special for a much needed getaway - $49.95 per night for a room with a king bed, includes shuttle and a $45 coupon for the Keg or 3 other restaurants. The $45 coupon turned out to be $40 and when I asked why they said it had something to do with the taxes. What a crock!!... more

The Fallsview plaza is right across from the fallsview casino and appears like a value for the proximity to the casino.. However, the front desk staff were unfriendly, not trained properly, and downright rude. We were disappointed by the views from our round (16th floor) after viewing picture on website. Room was fine. Staff was very helpful. Shuttle to and from the falls was great.
