I have stayed at Radissons in NJ, PA and overseas. This is the best hotel I have stayed at within this chain. Staff helpful and competent, very professional. Had a slight problem with my electricity in the room and they were on it instantly. Worth getting the falls view room.

My daughter and I stayed at this beautifully clean hotel May 11th and 12th and had an amazing time. Our room overlooked the falls, had a microwave and fridge which was so convenient. This hotel was excellent! Our top floor room had a full view of the Falls, glass windows on one entire wall. A hot tub that also over looked the falls made for a very romantic 2 night stay. We stayed here for one night (in hindsight wish we had stayed longer) We had a room with a view of the falls and it was FANTASTIC Would thoroughly recommend to everyone Staff were helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble.
