Stayed with the family for 1 night at March Break. Parking is brutal - garage is very far away and either you wait forever for an elevator or carry your luggage up/down stairs. The added bonus is the $20 charge for this awful parking situation. Elevators were incredibly slow. Coming back down from the ridiculously small pool(isn't this a large... more

Make sure you get a "falls" view room. The view from the room is breath taking. Rooms have a 5' window that opens up so you can hear the falls. Attractions are only 1 block away. Maid of the Mist dock is only one block down towards the water. more
Excellent view of the Falls...and that is all. From the valet who rushed us thru to unload at an inconvienent spot (while others were allowed to unload at the registration door!) to the almost two hour wait for extra towels...the staff here is rude and very inconsiderate. My family of 4 (2 kids and 2 adults) booked a room at Sheraton at Falls thru expedia including air from July 1-5. Upon check in, they gave me a room on the 3rd floor, which I immediately refused, of course. So, I asked for an upgrade, the clerk told me the hotel was sold out. Of course that was... more
the room was clean.. we had booked a standard room but were updraded to a falls facing room. for the view it was worth the amount. there is a temporary parking lot before u check in. so the car needs to be parked there. once checkin is done, keep ur bags and come back to the car. there are 2... more
Sheraton on the falls was great! The moment you walk in you are surrounded by extremely nice and helpful people. We had a fallsview room and it was beautiful. The concierge helped us book our activities and gave us maps and directions. The location is definitely awesome b/c you get both Canadian and American falls in your view. The rooms... more
It was definitely not 4-star hotel as advertised. The room is very dark and old. No windows. The elevator is awful. I always had to wait at least 5 minutes to get on the elevator. When I got in my room, I'd like to change to another one. 3 staffs quoted me 3 different prices: the first one $20 for... more
My wife and two kids stayed at the Sheraton on the Falls for two nights. We booked directly with the hotel and upon check-in was informed that we were "upgraded" to a higher floor. (Sorry about your luck expedia.com guy). We had two qeen beds with a fireplace and a breathtaking view of the falls from the 14th floor. The... more
