We booked a corner suite overlooking the falls and CLifton hill. we were on the 16th floor and the view did not disappoint. the views from our room, even the bathroom, were amazing. my only complaint was that when we arrived late at night due to plane delay, there was no bed made up for my son. we rang down... The service is fantastic from the front desk, cleaning staff and wait staff! Everybody is so welcoming and helpful! The location is the best! The falls are across the street and it is at the base of Clifton Hill! The room was clean and the view was phenomenal! The beds are so comfortable!

The hotel was right in the middle of all the action. If you have the right room, the view of the Falls is incredible. The elevators, however, were extremely slow. We waited and waited every time we needed to take the elevator. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was nice with an incredible view of the Falls. By opening... More

Aesthetically, this hotel was fine. The major issue we had was waiting for an elevator, and the urine smell in our room. I see where some might say take the stairs, however, we were on the 27th floor. I also wish that I had said something about the room that night. I'm sure they would have moved us, but we... More

I will rank the following with a scale of 0-10 (10 being the highest) Lobby 10- Very clean, valet, front desk and concierge staff all very friendly and accommodating (plus a Starbucks is located inside hotel as well). Elevators 6 - Clean but air conditioning cannot be felt so it gets stuffy and hard to breath especially when packed. They... More

The location is phenomenal. The other hotels up the river are up on a bluff so you are further from the falls. And you have to walk down a steep hill to Falls Blvd. But the Sheraton has nothing in front of it except a park, and it is basically on the same level as Falls Avenue. It has the... More

Overall, I really enjoyed the hotel. My room and the hotel staff were great. Loved the Social Hour each day at the bar as well. Pool area, while very pretty with view of the falls is lacking a warm welcoming atmosphere and some type of drink (water, soda, coffee, anything!) dispensers or wait staff. Just the same, I recommend this... More

Our room had a balcony whose bannister was completely lifted out of the metal. Scary. Elevator wait time unbelievable with folks trying to get to the restaurant floor and folks trying to get back to their rooms. Elevators with doors that open from both ends with no signage indicating which door would open on what floor, not enough room in... More

The room was fantastic with grand views of both falls. We had the Canadian Falls room, which is an end room with a tiny balcony great for taking pictures. Ask for a high floor! We were on the 17th out of 22 and it was great, Parking is outrageous at $40.00 a day, but they were fast. Elevators were a... More

Booked our room kind of last min so we could not get a Falls View room. Our room was over 200$ a night but this is peak season so I don't think you should expect less. Room was clean and no bugs and that's the main thing I look for! House keeping lady was even nice to stop me to... More
