Stayed here with family, looked like hotel was sold out, staff were great at keeping an eye only registered guests entered hotel, rooms do need updating yet we're clean. Family made great use of indoor pool , and enjoyed our stay. Staff very friendly and helpful with info and directions.

Absolutely unbelievably worst hotel...in the world. Staff is extremely rude and have no patience. The front desk girl with the glasses is probably the most unprofessional and rudest hotel staff I have ever dealt with. A few simple complaints to the front desk (poo stained sheets, nasty smell in room, no toilet paper and someone's hairs on the pillow!) and... More

Stayed here on a recent trip to Canada with friends. I pricelined a 1 star hotel for $160. Which is outrageous for the lack of quality at this hotel. Before our stay, I looked on trusty TripAdvisor, and was terrified after reading the reviews. Unfortunately I found the negative reviews to be highly accurate. The room was horribly outdated. The... The female Front Desk employee was very disrespectful and wrongly assumed that because we were a group of friends under 25 that we would be loud and cause trouble. She followed us as we explored the hotel when we first arrived and also followed us to the pool area and watched over us. She demanded a damage deposit and insisted... More

I cannot stress enough how much you shouldn't stay at this hotel. We booked it through Priceline (which turned out to be a huge mistake even though we have never had an issue with them in the past) 2 days before arriving. When we got there the staff was fine, and we went to our room. Our room turned out... More

We checked in, this was likely the best part of our visit. It was the first time we had ever been giving a contract when checking into a hotel, that we wouldn't cook anywhere on the property, not that this was our intent, as the rooms didn't have any such facilities. We had a member of our party in a... More

Reserved 2 nights MONTHS in advance. After started travel, received VoiceMail that they were 'undergoing renovations.' Renovations are generally scheduled well in advance. Why was I not notified sooner than 3 days before arrival - if it was an actual emergency, why not call it that? Would have understood. Also, said they tried to email me, but never received.

Wanted to take family to New Years Eve in Niagara Falls, experience the annual outdoor concert, etc. Found the Econo Lodge By the Falls online, with great prices, and located right at the top of Clifton Hill (the touristy district). Booked online, for two nights. The room had a bit of a 1970s decor, and the shower's ceramic tiles looked... More
