We stayed in the courtyard and I would suggest that if you are travelling without children, DO NOT STAY IN THE COURTYARD as it seems that all families are put in that area. With that said, the courtyard worked for us because we had two little ones. They have movie night at 8pm where all the kids gather to watch... more

I booked this hotel based off of a recomendation from the AAA travel agent, and she did not steer me wrong. The hotel was conviently located within walking distance to the Falls and plenty of restaurants and the night life of Clifton Hill. The rooms were a nice size, well kept, and suited our needs perfectly. The courtyards area were... more

The hotel was a good base for seeing Niagara Falls. The parking was a real pain to find with their own small area full - and you still had to pay $10/day! The room was large, clean and comfortable. There was no heat in the room although it was 50F outside - "they said it was the air conditioning season"... more

We stayed here for a 2-night stay (October 11 & 12th) with 3 pre-teen kids. I had 2 rooms. The one room was far larger and was at the end and it included a window to the outside. I enjoyed the room decor, the beds were very comfortable. The pillows were alittle strange, they gave you 3 pillows but they... more

Excellent location! Very quiet. We were able to walk to everything, which saved money in parking! Hotel charges $9/night for underground parking. Not bad. Only issue we had was both nights were there, the fire alarms kept ringing. Probably some foolish kids. Other than that, staff was great! And oh, if you plan to eat at restaurant, plan on spending... more

Since this was our first trip to this hotel, it was a bit confuse with some of the coupons. e.g. I thought the restaurant coupon was for the hotel's restaurant but it was for somewhere else. You may consider to seperate the coupons in two groups: one for using inside of the hotel's and one for outside. Just a thought.... more

Yes...it was probably the best hotel that we have stayed at during the last 7 years of coming to the SPN provincial championships. I would stay there again next year. Location is awesome...it was clean and had recycling bins. more
