I used to stay with another nearby hotel before so my judgment may be comparison to that. it's the last hotel around fallsview area so farthest one. it's about the same price as others hotels near that area but not the same quality as rooms are smaller, parking is same other charges but this one don't have valet and not... more

Booked the 2 night package over July 1/09. This included buffet B'fast and $50. credit at a CUT ABOVE RESTAURANT. Parking is an extra $20. a night..........took us a while to find a space after returning from dinner the 2nd night (about 10PM). 1st night, 2 false fire alarms.......one at 11:15 PM and one at 3am. Lasted about 35 minutes... more

This hotel should not be in the category of a 4 star hotel. The lobby looks grand but the rooms are far from that. We checked in on Saturday after 3pm and had to wait 90 minutes for our room key. I thought that was insane and complained to hotel manager who gave us comp bkfst cards for the next... more

We had a great time at Niagara Falls. The room, view, and staff were great! Other motels may say they have a good view of the falls but this has to be one of the best. The falls and many other things are within walking distance but the bulk of things to do were not. They are located at Cliffton... more

This hotel was the best I have ever stayed in. I really wanted to stay in the Two Story Suite but it was way to much money so I booked the Luxury King Spa room. When me and my boyfriend got to the hotel the lady asked if we wanted to upgrade to the two story suite for just $40... more

Stayed one night at the Sheraton Fallsview. The bathroom was small and old in appearance. The room was an average Sheraton. Did not eat at the hotel. Parking was $25. Stayed at the Embass Suites for two nights. Embassy was much more comfortable. more

I stayed here mostly for free with Starwood's "Stay 2 nights, get a week-end night free" promotion at the end of my Canadian road trip which began and ended in Niagara Falls. On our way in, we stayed at the Sheraton on the Falls and the Embassy Suites (which is also on the Fallsview Blvd. strip). Even though I'm SPG... more

First the good. Hotel is in reasonably good shape, doesn't have frayed edges, rooms are good sized, the air conditioning is great, good Starbucks coffee and Tazo teas like most SPG places, decent toiletries and good-sized bathrooms. The new LG flatscreen LCDs in the rooms are fantastic, offering HD channels and easy hookup from HDMI, component, optical, s-video connections (if... more

Stayed at the Sheraton Fallsview while in town for an air show. I have stayed at this hotel before and never had any problems. Staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. Dinner in the restaurant is a little on the pricey side, but not bad. The breakfast buffet was very good and worth the money. Pay fhe... more

This was a mini-vacation for us, we often spend a getaway weekend at local hotels. A falls view room cost us about $54 taxes in and we wouldn't go back for half that ... consider that if you are thinking about spending time at this hotel. (That price includes $90 in meal discounts and casino chips but not parking) The... more
