At first entering this hotel, you'd think it's amazing given it's nice lobby and decor. But our hotel room was baaaad. Pros: - Nice lobby with refreshing water - Nice restaurant, breakfast was delicious and service was great Cons: - Front desk service, all of the staff except the youngest girl were rude. When I actually called to book the... More

Our room at this hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet(even with it being fully booked). The staff were friendly & helpful. The breakfast in the restaurant was hearty & delicious. Great proximity to the falls & attractions - all in walking distance.

the only downfall was the 'wait to check in" must have waited an hour plus... it was lined up outside the door. but aside from that the rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, Overall a very good experience.. looks like 'mideval times"

I would recommend this place - good value and walking distance to the falls area, clifton hill. It is also a short drive to Lundy's Lane - good area for shopping and restaurants The lobby area is tastefully done with that rustic charm Room was clean and definitely to our satisfaction..looks like some updating was done Window/door could use some... Stayed at the Old Stone Inn on a weekday night recently. The deal was $99 including a breakfast, not bad for the Falls area. The hotel is near Skylon Tower so it's pretty close to the Falls. And it is a brisk 15 min walk to Clifton Hill. Parking on site is expensive for $13, there is parking for $5... More

We recently stayed at this hotel for the first time.rooms are nice, location is good but parking is expensive. You can park across the street for a lot cheaper. Pool area is nice but the pool should be cleaner. The bar courtyard patio is really nice. Restaurant was overpriced compared to the majority of Niagara restaurants. We travel to Niagara... More

My credit card was charged for 2 rooms that the hotel staff could not even find my name on the day of the trip. The manager and accounting staff were unavailable to sort out the situation and provide refund. We were excited about the hotel but greatly disappointed by the situation, not to mention that my wife and I needed... More

We checked in around 4pm on Saturday and there was a short line at check-in. A friendly staff member was passing out popsicles and shirley temples, a nice touch! We had gotten a very good rate via AARP/Expedia for two nites and had a decent room on the first floor. 2 comfortable full sized beds, with a large tv armoire... More

Stayed at this hotel this past weekend. We paid average of $170 per night for a room that looks like the inside of a Red Roof Inn. It was pretty small, with two double beds, and a dresser. The bathroom is TINY. Our room was recently renovated and the beds and bed linens were VERY comfortable. The room could still... More

The location and our breakfast were the only good things about our stay here. Couldn't open the bathroom door all the way without hitting the toilet. We were told it was a renovated room. Not so. The bed sheets were full of red wine stains and short dark hairs...... (disgusting). Ice machine was always out of ice. We had read that... More
