Stayed for a weekend getaway and it was Ok. The location was within walking distance of everything. However, the rooms were very dark and kind of grungy and worn. There was no alarm clock, no coffee maker, hair dryer, full length mirror, or any windows to the outside--pretty much just a room and a bed. The bathrooms looked like they... More

An in depended in a sea of corporate chain monsters, this was a nice surprise. It had a unique charm not found in the chains. The staff were very pleasant. The room was quite large and clean. We were disappointed the ice machine was down 3 halls around corners and then down a floor and after all that, didn't work,... More

Went for a weekend getaway with my better half, very nice inn, room was clean, every staff member we met was nice and friendly, the 2 ladies working at the front desk when we checked in were awesome ,everyone always had a smile, pool was small but it was relaxing.. the only issue i had was the parking, which in... This hotel was really great. Fantastic and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, nice pool, WONDERFUL restaurant for breakfast, lunch and supper. It was a like a little piece of "Old Canada". My husband and I loved it! Would go back again, for sure!

This was our first time at the hotel. We looked at many others in the immediate vicinity and decided that this was what we wanted. We were not disappointed - although it did not have all of the amenities you might expect, it was a terrific place with comfortable rooms and away from the madness. The rooms were a bit... More

I (we) have stayed there over 170 times. Always had free parking in the past. Last visit the bar was closed. We always had breakfast for free coupons, not 15 bucks for a 5 dollar breakfast. Actually spent our honeymoon there. Dinner was always good and well priced, but once again was closed on our last visit. I guess they... More

We have stayed in this hotel only for one night but it was a very nice experience. We were travelling with 4 children and needed two rooms and they gave us rooms adjacent to each other without even asking and when I asked if there are any joining rooms, they were really helpful and found the two rooms without hesitation.... This was a nice hotel option away from the craziness of Clifton hill. The lobby is very pretty and historic looking. We were on the 3rd floor which is considered their luxury floor. The rooms were nice and clean. Im not sure if I would spend the extra on the upgraded rooms but I would definitely stay here again. We... More

This is no way a boutique hotel. It's more like Motel 8. Black doors, and upgraded fixtures just doesn't really make it more fancy when it feels like a motel. I only chose this place because they allow dogs (for an extra $25) and it's beside the rest of the attractions. They had my room available even though I checked... More

Hotel has a beautiful vintage, modern feel. Awesome location, you can walk everywhere!! Rooms and hotel were exactly as I had expected from the pictures. We had a few issues with the toilet and shower and we're helped right away with maintenance staff. All staff was very friendly. Recommendations: 1. No refrigerator. That would have been nice. 2. No Coffee... More
