At the check-in Jan was very pleasant and helpful, the room was large, clean and the view fantastic. Barb at the information desk (also very pleasant and helpful) gave us directions and made reservations at an excellent restaurant. The kids 6 & 7 loved the room, indoor pool and hot tub.
