When we checked into the hotel, it was nice, and the customer service was VERY friendly. The downfall of this hotel is the fact that you have to pay $10 a day for parking, which to me is ridiculous, considering the fact that we are guests there!! Also, I booked a King Size Junior Suite, and when I got to... More

Just got back from a weekend getaway in Niagara. Had to use up a voucher purchased several years ago before it expired....wished I would have let it! Spent two nights there, after reading good and bad reviews decided to book anyways. Had a room on 5th floor. Plenty of parking outback, but charged us $10 a night. Hallways were kinda... More

These guys are completely terrible. They messed up my booking and then instead of admitting their fault, they just said deal with it: either stay or leave... I mean seriously...I nevwr got such reply from anywhere... the girl in the reception never took any hospitality training I'm sure. She was acting the way that she is doing some kind of... More

We had a great time at the Imperial! The space was clean, the pool was warm (I could just walk in), the hot tub was hot (but not scalding), and the over-sized room was big enough to accommodate the two of us along with our three teenagers. The in-room mini-fridge and microwave were a really nice bonus. The TV was... More

I had bought vouchers for 2 night stay from the dealfind and was very hesitant to come to this hotel after I read some reviews. I rented 2 rooms for 2 nights August 2014 reluctantly. However, once we arrived to the hotel, we were welcomed by friendly front staff and were directed to our suits. The suits had a slight... More

Stayed a couple of nights recently and was quite satisfied...it is older but well maintained and even has it's own attached "Golden Griddle" restaurant. As with any older facility it needs a little TLC but we would not have stayed if we were not happy and felt comfortable, for what that is worth. Even has its own indoor pool and... More

We arrived here at approximately 8 in the evening for two. Without doubt there was an underlying smell pretty much everywhere (corridors, lifts and finally the room). The room was ok, but stuffy, probably something to do with being dependant on the air-con, it did improve after running said air-con for some time. We had a ''wonderful'' view through fairly... More

Save your money and sleep in an outhouse, the outhouse would be nicer. Dank dark dirty, stained and smelled bad. We stayed one night, luckily we stayed out all day and returned late around one am. Got up early around seven thirty and left. It was cheap though, around one hundred dollars. I wish I still had my hundred dollars

I will rate this a three because the rooms were very clean and the service great...but unfortunately, that was it. The lobby, the halls were DISGUSTING!!! It is in much need of an overhaul. We chose it because we were desperate for a respectable hotel...but I wouldn't choose this again.
