Our room and housekeeping was excellent. Front desk staff were very helpful. BUT, we have stayed here about 3-4 times in the last 5 years and always mention that the frame on one of the beds is sticking out and hits your legs. Again I was told that they would look into it. The location is great, you can walk to most everything. The hotel was very clean, and the front desk people were very helpful. The only thing they couldn't fix was the people who didn't seem to care if their children annoyed the other guests, but they did try. We would definately stay at this hotel again. More
