Staff was rude and generally unpleasant. They gouge you for every nickle and dime but that's not the half of it. After crashing there just for a few hours I woke up the next morning to find a itchy red rash on my leg. It got worse over the next day or so, so I finally visited the doctor. They... more

This is a great locations. Just blocks from the falls. We booked online with their managers special to prepay for only $110.00 US for everything ( room, taxes, and parking). However when we checked out they charged us again for the parking and I explained to them that I already paid for that. They didn't believe me and said I... more

They have a new chef who has good credentials. His philosophy is to use fresh local food, with a fantastic menu based on what is in season. A few items were in contenders, got down to the bacon wrapped pork tenderloin with fruit compote & roasted red potatoes, but decided on the basil rubbed chicken coz it had snap peas... more

My husband I normally stay here every November but decided to try May this year. This is an older hotel that sits in the middle of all the fancy hotels near the new casino and falls and holds it own. We take the train into Niagara and walk everywhere. Parking is not an issue for us. The new casino is... more

Loved to sit on the balcany. Rooms were very spacious, new carpet, but no fridge. Pool looked nice, but we did not use it. Very close to the falls, but about a 10 min walk to clifton hill. Parking is extra. Very quite and I thought with the spot lights outside that it might be very bright, but once the... more

We had a great experience at this hotel, unlike other reviews I have read. we do travel with a pet, and the staff was welcoming and accomodating. there is a "kennel area" with dog crates where they will supervise your pet while you tour the falls - perfect. they walked our dog, gave him water and treats, kept him safe... more

I would like to bring to your attention my most recent stay at your hotel. I stayed May 1st and 2nd and was faced with the following challenges. The check in process took an hour from entering the main doors to receiving my room key; I do have hospitality background and know enough that it should not take that long.... more

This place is great for pet owners. Pet are allowed, and in fact welcomed. There is a 20/day fee, which includes kennel services. We had brought along a brand new puppy, so were leery about the kennel, but no problem, the office manager allowed us to leave the dog with her while we went to dinner (it probably helped that... more

My family and I stayed at this hotel for the New Year and it was great ! not only are they pet friendly but the rooms are very clean, the staff are helpful, great location close to Skylon tower and 10 minuite walk to falls. While we waited to check-in, the hotel mangeress came round with sparkling wine and apologized... more

Just as the title described. Clean yet fairly large room with 2 queen beds. The room did not smell like pets as mentioned in previous reviews. Front desk was helpful. Good location, steps to the Fallsview Casino and a 15 minute walk to Clifton Hill. I didn't like the fact that guests are required to pay $10 for parking. Average... more
