1 night stay and I was glad to get out of there stains all over one of the beds everywhere just felt dirty. no one there to check us in or out. It's cheap but you can get nicer places for the same amount.

I don't know where to start. When we entered the room the tub was full of undrained leaking water. They didn't give us any towels. Nothing in that room could have been newer than 1950, including the refrigerator. We couldn't access the Wi-Fi, and it was limited to 30 minutes even though it was advertised as free. The chain on... Very cheap hotel (we got a room for 68$CAN). However with that comes very basic amenities, rooms were a little old smelling but, they give you a clean place to sleep in and a place to clean up, and that's all we were looking for. Not great if you want a place with WIFI but we were basically only there... More

It is very important to remember that this motel is booked because of the location and the very cheap price (for the Niagara Falls area). The room is allright, the bed is not comfortable, but the restroom is actually fine, eventhough the water temperature keeps changing. The "common areas" like the hallway and the poolarea, can be a bit odd.... More

Very rude, unfriendly staff. This is worse motel - NOT 3 star hotel you can stay in Niagara, nothing to do with the family.I was about to cancel after I pay 75$ and see the room, but I was refuse by the owner even I found somebody to take over the room.Next time even if the owner pay me to... Okay, so my friend and I, who are huge Boz Scaggs fans, needed a place to stay on July 24 in Niagara Falls. Of course, we left it too late to get a decent rate for a cushy place so we were pretty happy that we actually found a place for less than a hundred bucks that night. The Niagara... More

I got here after a 2 1/2 hour drive and was exhausted. I was desperate to get into my room and the owner kept interrupting me to go on his cell phone. You have to park across the road which is incredibly inconvenient. Wifi doesn't work, and got a total of 2 channels on my TV. The room has the... More

Niagara Family Inn was cheap, you get what you pay for, and location was right next to the Clifton Hill. Very easy to walk to the Falls and for example Skylon Tower. It seemed a bit shady at first but actually it was quiet to spend the night in. We had a good night's sleep. The room was old and... More

Clean, close to everything & quiet. The owner was very curious and helpful. I'd go back. If you want a 200 dollar plus room, then get one and pay there 20 dollar breakfasts too. This is a great place. Room had air, cable, fridge, and was very clean. Not too sure what that other person is talking about... there was... More

Conveniently located close to everything you could possibly want to see in Niagara. The rooms were clean, we basically had the pool to ourselves, the owner was kind & courteous at all times. We are even going back this summer, thats how great a time we had! (side note: if you're used to 5 star, 200$+ a night hotels, this... More
