We chose this hotel because of its price and location. I realize alot of the motels in Niagara falls are NOT 5 star resorts, and we knew we would be staying at a dive when we chose it - we just wanted a place to rest our heads at night.

So we arrived, and my friend went and checked us in. We went over to our room and found it full of other peoples belongings. So we went back to the registration and told him someone was already using that room (luckily they we weren't IN it!). He started arguing with us, not believing that anybody was using that room. When we insisted there was somebody's stuff in the room he started demanding we tell him WHO was using the room, and asking WHY their stuff was there. We said we dont know and asked for another room. He came over with us to to check out the situation and when he opened the room and saw the stuff he said - oh - you take the room next to it. He let us in and said he's be back with a key card.
