I stayed for 4 days while some renovating took place at home...I stayed in a1 bedroom suite...very small...would have preferred to have one larger room...I sat on the sofa to watch TV and pretty near fell into the floor...old, dated furniture and TV...I went to open sliding door and the handle fell off...looks like this has been broken for some... Thank you very much for the feedback. It looks as though our overall room maintenance let you down and I apologize for that. I will be review and rectifying this with my team immediately. We o have both larger one and two bedroom suites as well as larger executive rooms that are all one room as you describe as a... More

A very nice hotel across the street from the harbor and the marina, close to many many places to dine and have a drink. Nice scenic views from this entire water front area. A great place to walk or job or just hang out. Rooms are clean and comfortable with balconies. Many with great views of the water. I would... More

I stayed here with my mom for four days while I was on business. It was lovely, a bit like a home away from home. I had a suite, which was fairly well equipped. I felt as though the rooms could use a bit of an upgrade. However, the bed was very comfortable, as were the couches. The bathroom was... More

To be fair, this is a review of only the restaurant/food part of the hotel. I have never stayed in this hotel, but have been here for two business meetings/conventions/conferences. Both times, I have been quite disappointed by the food. The menu looks and sounds appetizing, but the food is executed poorly. The meats tend to be overcooked and dry,... More

I had to really think about the rating - went back and forth between 3 & 4, but settled on 4 as this is a solid 4 star hotel, but there are a few issues that really are not 4 star quality. My mom, sister and I spent a Saturday night there for a birthday/getaway weekend. Pros: The rooms are... More

Stayed one night on the ninth floor with balcony facing the lake. Wonderful views to wake up to. Room was your standard one bedroom with full kitchen and living area. Since we were only staying the night we didn't use the full facilities in the room. However the kitchen had a washer/dryer combo which if we stayed longer would've been... More

Stayed at Waterside Inn, Port Credit for few days in August. Hotel is in lovely marina setting with easy parking quite close by. The 1st corner suite we had was lovely on the 6th floor overlooking the Marina, tastefully decorated and a balcony which had lots of sun (temperatures in August averaging 25 to 30 deg very hot). Unfortunately the... More

Situated right next to the Port Credit Marina @ the Mouth of the Credit River, Waterside lives up to its name & is 1 of only 2 hotels within 10 miles. I imagine for this reason alone the Waterside will live long and prosper. The weakness of this building is it's poor acoustic insulation; even with all the windows closed... More

We had our wedding reception at the Waterside Inn (July/2014) and were absolutely thrilled with the food, service and venue (we utilized two ballrooms) . The Waterside's policy of scheduling only one event in an evening provides the privacy and exclusiveness that were were seeking (total attention focused on our guests/food with no noise/music from another room....outstanding). I would highly... More
