I Paid extra for Parking and used the Handicap Parking at the side of the hotel where the hotel security camera was facing directly onto my car - at 6.00 am in the morning when I was leaving I noticed a huge plastic garbage container against my passenger side of the car with additional two beside it - I rushed... The hotel was disappointing in several respects; it is very dated in its overall appearance. Room maintenance (heating and fan not working properly) Bathroom cleanliness was not good so I didn't use the shower! Lobby, elevators and hallways appear tired and in need of renovations. The most annoying thing was that I was promised a "great room" when I checked... More

Thank you for your feedback. It is with this kind of information that we strive to improve upon our service. I asked our IT technicians to check on your wifi and there was in fact an issue with that particular room's equipment. We have since resolved the problem. I personally inspected the room and have pointed out the areas that... More

I stayed here for one night in November as part of a work retreat. If I were booking my own accommodations would I choose this hotel? Probably not. Overall it was an OK stay, but the hotel has a very dated interior, and terrible Wi-Fi! Room #703 was a spacious 1-bedroom suite with a nice view from the balcony overlooking... More

This is an apartment type of hotel accommodation. The staff are lovely and helpful and welcoming. The restaurant is terrific, both the food and the staff. The apartments are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Only drawback is that a kettle is not provided which I thought was strange , we bought our own.

I stayed here for a couple of nights on business (hotel was booked for me). Many hotels now seem to use the word "boutique" to describe themselves, but it was hard to see how this applied. In summary: Positives 1) Easy, pleasant check-in and out 2) Room was sizeable with all basic amenities 3) Room was clean and bed comfortable... More

How does one stumble on a hidden gem? First, one has to be unable to find a single hotel room in downtown Toronto. Rooms were available; who, but movie and business moguls can afford to pay $700+/night for a basic room? Desperation breeds innovation; outside the box thinking!! Ergo The Waterside Inn... a beautiful facility in a picturesque setting in... More

Only stayed one night but could easily live here. Spacious apartment style rooms with kitchen, living room & separate bedroom. Located in the heart of Port Credit close to restaurants, clubs, nightlife & Lake Ontario. Staff friendly & efficient. No complaints here at all.

Great views. I was traveling on business so I didn't spend much time at the hotel. The views were great, the rooms were very accommodating, and the price was very reasonable. I had separate sitting, eating, and sleeping areas in the room and was pleasantly surprised by the price.

This hotel was recommended to us by my brother and sister in law and I have to say I was very pleased with it. Check-in was a little slow as the front desk staff couldn't seem to find our reservation on their computer system but when he finally looked at the actual reservations printed and sitting on the counter behind... My family was in town very last minute because of a medical emergency. The staff at The Waterside Inn found us a comfortable room and were very kind. The room was filled with beautiful antique furniture -- making it feel like home. Plus- there was a ton of space. We do not expect to be traveling to the area again... More
