I live in here as a resident and the management is just terrible. Last night, there were FIVE FALSE FIRE ALARMS and I bet not one person in both buildings had a peaceful sleep. There have been days in Winter when hot water was unavailable. Facilities such as the gym and pool are great, but not flawless. A previous reviewer... More

Its my second stay with them and they are fantastic. We arrived late evening and the keys were available as per commitment. Some initial hick-ups but they always serviced on time and always gave best possible service.

As you can see from the pictures this is "welcome" of your rental. We where supposed to stay in July there for 23 days, we paid 6500 CAD and the apartment was in such a misery that nobody could have even considered entering the place. We tried to contact and get a cleaner or a clarification...the answer came after 24... More

I have stayed there for ten days. It had good access to everywhere and the accomodation rate was reasonable. But I would NOT stay there again. First, the front desk(security) was terrible. They threw a key at me when I picked it up. Their reaction was just about the same when I asked them for some information. In addition to... More

I booked a two bedroom pelican suite at maple leaf via booking.com in August 13 for my 9 night stay in March 14. The booking seemed efficient, a deposit was taken and I received confirmation booking instructions. In January 14, I spotted the same accommodation almost $500 cad cheaper. Because I had free cancellation, I cancelled and rebooked at the... More

My friend, his family and I came to Missisauga for my friend's wedding. They booked an apartment for his family (3 bedrooms) and I comfortably crashed on the large couch for a couple of nights. Being disorganised, I didn't book accommodation for the rest of my stay in Missisauga. Although no more apartments were available, the Pelican staff informed me... More

Pelican Suites is a company that rents out other people's units. Location is good, otherwise nothing else is any good. Unlike any other 'suites' provider, nothing other than the bed, towels and cake of soap is provided. No starter or welcome pack. Kitchen utensils just a bare minimum. Furniture cheap and basic, no information provided about whether or not you... More

We stayed at pelican mid June for 2weeks as part of our relocation to Mississauga and also stayed April 2013. The apartments were very good in size and had everything you needed for your stay. Kitchen was well equipped and had a washing machine and tumble dryer in the apt, which is great when travelling with small children. On our... More

If you are trying to find a reasonable accomodation alternative for a family where you can all stay in one suite and cook and eat together Pelican Suites makes sense. Don't expect too much. The furniture varies from suite to suite as do the kitchen supplies. The TV doesn't offer all the channels you might want. The building is big... More

Stayed here for an event because the location was convenient and we were staying for two weeks. The suite was quite large and very convenient, though a bit run down in parts. We were disappointed that when we arrived the phone and Internet did not work and both the showers were not working correctly. It took nearly three days to... More
