Stayed here on business trip. Lobby and dining area are nice. The rest of the hotel looks like a Holiday Inn from the early 90's. Rooms are dated, carpet needs replacing, and bedding is questionnable. I slept in my jeans and on top of bathroom towels! Stage West part was great. Theatre was great. Buffet was very good. Hotel is a little tired.....chipped floor tiles, banged up doors, old rugs. Rooms need to be vacumed around the edges with nozzle off the vacum cleaner. Would be nice if the beds had a fitted sheet so the sheets don't keep coming out. Front desk staff were good... more

My son woke to find bed bugs crawling on him! After we'd killed 4 more in the bed, the house keeping staff came and took away the sheets. We found this hotel to be very well appointed, clean and well managed with friendly, helpful staff. Of all the hotels rated three star by CAA that we stayed at during a fifteen day driving trip through Ontario and the states, this was easily the nicest. The dinner theater had a great meal! Very close to airport. more

Stayed at Stage West for probably the 5th or 6th time - always enjoying the breakfast buffet, hospitable restaurant staff and proximity to 401. While front staff could work on smiling a little more, the restaurant staff were very friendly and personable. I didn't use the pool this time, but have on previous trips, always finding it clean and refreshing.... more
