I like the hotel because of its location to center convention and also the universities. The service is still excellent as I find with most Hilton properties but the hotel interior is getting a little long in the tooth.

We stayed one night at the Hilton in London, Ontario and the experience was fine in general. Spacious room, confortable bed but the overall on the aging side. Good spacious crib for our baby was provided. There one point that really annoyed me: I was expecting a call from France on the hotel land line and the person had the... More

Every year, myself and a crew of about 20 other horse lovers come to London for the Region 18 Arabian and Half-Arabian Championships, a week-long Regional competition at the end of July. We always stay at the Hilton because it is great quality, the staff and so friendly, the food is great, and is conveniently stationed less than 10 minutes... More

The front desk, bell captain, housekeeping, lounge and groundskeeper staff were all courteous and friendly. I was treated as an honored guest. My room was large, clean and effectively cooled. Wireless internet worked well too. I had a late snack in the lounge that included a most delicious spinach salad.

I think this is the best hotel London has to offer. Rooms are dated (but at least they have moved to triple sheeted white bedding). The hotel was clean, but again, showing age. Location is terrific - right by Victoria Park, and shopping, and with access to everything in London. Directly across from the Convention Centre, with an indoor walkway... More

I stayed here for a conference and loved the location directly across from the convention centre. There are lots of really great restaurants within walking distance even if downtown London is a bit sketchy at night. My room was dated, the furniture was a bit worn and reminded me of my mom's living room (that isn't a compliment just to... More

I've stayed at this hotel 7 times now with work, and 3 of these times was just recently where I was going back and forth a lot. The hotel is really nice, rooms are spacious, and the complimentary toiletries are the best I've ever used globally! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable but the air conditioning unit was dated... More

Having stayed at Hiltons in many different cities, this is a below average property. The rooms are average, have not been updated in some time. Chipped paint, pealing wallpaper, stains on furniture... all were found throughout this hotel. The dining area where the buffet breakfast is held is almost embarrassing. Very outdated, old furniture, and very crowded. That being said,... More

This Hilton is somewhat past its prime. Spacious rooms but badly in need of a makeover: scuffed furniture, dated colour schemes and ugly gilded mirrors. Hallway carpets are equally dated. The bathroom sink is poorly designed. The faucet does not extend far enough over the basin which makes it difficult to wash your hands and, frankly, feels unsanitary. The lighting... More

I recently stayed at the Hilton for a conference. I stayed 4 nights in King room on the 15th floor. The accommodations were very good - I appreciated the large desk and the free wi-fi. Apart from indifferent check-in staff every other staff member I met was friendly and efficient. I ordered room service for dinner as was pleased that... More
