The hotel is well situated in downtown London, with a lot of shops, restaurants and pubs in walking distance. The staff at the hotel were excellent, especially Blake in the hospitality suite - it's amazing how engaging he is and his energy is contagious; I always left with a smile!

Very good hospitality. Friendly staff. Incredible meal in Grand Ballroom! Overall a fantastic night in a convenient downtown hotel. Would definitely stay again !

We went for a dance competition. The staff was super helpful at check in. We had so much luggage and had no trouble getting help and they stored some bigger items for us. Can't say enough about how everyone was great.

We were there for a weekend. There is nothing negative we can say about this place. The best part is very efficient and friendly check in, all services and checkout. Parking was very safe and easy. Rooms very clean. Views excellent all around. Food seville excellent. Catering staff beyond excellent. Would stay there anytime.
