Worst hotel ever. The manager and front desk staff were extremely prejedice and offensive by making accusations about smoking in the room and doing "drugs" in the parking lot. After a thorough check of the room I asked the manager if they were satisified and if they still believed the room had been smoked in. The manager then accused me... More

London Executive Suites Hotel does not permit the smoking of any illicit drugs on the property. We are not in the habit of just simply accusing people, especially when caught in the act in our underground parking garage. We are not judgemental of anyone but do have strict hotel policies regarding excessive guests with vehicles as well as discovering drugs... More

Wow. Where to start. We got there to find out they gave away our reservation because we arrived in the middle of the night. Even though we had called while driving in and gave a pretty close estimate to when we would arrive. The room was a mess when we arrived. The bedding had not been changed. When I went... More

We were in need of a clean and comfortable home like environment for an extended stay. we were lead to believe during price negotiation for the extended stay by the reservation staff that this was the place for us. the rooms were not what we were sold on over the phone. the entire place smelt of various types of recreational... We are very competitive when pricing out term accommodations. Our weekly and monthly rate plans are significantly reduced, involve the commitment of prepayment to qualify but are in fact non refundable. All staff and management are clear with all customers prior to their commitment of the reservation and booking processes. We are sorry these policies have come off non negotiable... More

I travel alot and have stayed in hotels across the world......one doesn't expect that they would rent rooms out that are that dirty, and I mean dirty. It's a 'wear your shoes and keep your clothes on while sleeping kinda room". It could be a nice little hotel, Run a vacuum, use a little elbow grease..you know the drill. Sketchy,... More

The hotel put us in a room that has a deficient portable a.c. that causes thumping noises. Steve the hotel front desk employee was extremely rude and told us that if we wanted to sleep well we would have to pay for another room. Im writing this review in real time at 1 am. He put a blanket over the... More

It was the worst hotel I've eve stayed at. When I checked in they told me it took two days to make the rooms livable again. That's a lie. They don't clean them. Our room was disgusting. There was a layer of thick dust around the edges of the carpet, there was some sort of white residue on the TV... More

this is a VERY basic hotel. No ice available in the hotel, had to go to a convenience store. There are no kleenex tissues. Had to use toilet paper. We were in a non smoking room, but may as well have been in a smoking room because of the smell. There were cigarette burns in the blanket on the bed.... More

Unless you ask, you won't find out until you arrive that there is a $50.00 charge for pets because they (claim to) "steam clean the room" afterwards. I have stayed at Delta Hotels (the one in London was booked) because they truly are dog friendly. They always make a big fuss over my sweet little dog. Don't go to this... More
