We were QUOTED a price on arrival and charged a fare bit more when checking out, spoke to front desk and lady was VERY RUDE and told us that whoever checked us in didn't know right price (NOT MY PROBLEM) they don't train there staff. we were there for a wedding last june and everything was excellent. we had a third floor room with a balcony facing into the dome and pool area. everything from the room to the pool area was really well done. this is probably the nicest indoor pool setup in ontario, they have done a fantastic job with this new area.... more

First of all don't be fooled by the great pool and water slide. Only children that are exactly 4 feet in height and over can utilize the slide and the slide does not have the same hours of operation as the pool. They require guests to sign for the pool towels and charge your room $10.00 each for missing towels.... more
