Wonderful place to stay. The building has so much history, the owners have done a great job in renovating. The rooms are gorgeous - high ceilings, spacious rooms. Plus it is really close to downtown, we could walk everywhere. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed here for one night. The service was great with a tour and history lesson of the building. We stayed in the Chislom room. Is was on the corner so it had two very nice views. Bed was comfy with awesome pillows. I am very fussy about pillows. There is complimentary tea/coffee/water and popcorn available. The breakfast was excellent with... More

The Inn is beautifully restored and lovingly cared for but what makes this place special for us and makes us want to return is the amazing staff. Tracy could not do enough to make us feel welcome. We arrived early and did not expect our rooms to be ready but she quickly organized a double crew to try and ready... More

Just three blocks from downtown Princess street sits the old Bank of Montreal building, which was turned into a gentlemen s club in 1922 and in 1997 became a hotel. Room 15 is on the first floor and has a large "soaker" tub, fireplace, sitting area with two very comfortable leather chairs and a queen bed. We stayed for two... More

The breakfast was to die for. Stuffed french toast was out of this world. The room was large with a gas fireplace and sitting room and the bathroom had plenty of hot water to fill the large soaker tub.

What an amazing place to stay in! Just loved the old building, so beautifully restored with lots of quirky bits to it!!! All the staff were so informative and incredibly helpful. Out room on the top floor (you definitely know you've climbed three flights of stairs) but it had the most amazing view and it was a most delightful room.... More

The Frontenac is one of those bittersweet places that provides an uniqueness and charm but needs some major renovations. Although small, we were put into the annex part of the building which required us to go out on the street to get between our room and the main reception area. Unfortunately, on the day of our arrival, it was pouring... More

Being a historical building fan, I love experiencing well preserved heritage buildings. Frontenac Club Inn, a mid 1800s building, is a delight to the eye. I loved it! I made the arrangements with a kind helpful gentleman, who happened to be at the Inn, when we arrived. Check in was a hello, welcome here, and off to the room at... More

I have stayed here twice and always enjoyed my stay. The Frontenac Club Inn (FCI) has beautifully preserved all the historic details without sacrificing on any modern comforts. The breakfasts are always great and the service is excellent. You can choose between three breakfast rooms each decorated with its own special touches. The FCI offers guests a cozy reading nook... We visited Kingston for our family's annual "sibling getaway" and used the Frontenac Club Inn as our home base. We were happy to be able to check in and access our rooms on arrival mid day. Breakfast was incredibly hearty with varied innovative choices each day. The staff was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about local attractions. We will definitely return... More
