I love this place!! The value for location and accommodation is unbelievable The owner/ hostess was more than welcoming when we came to check in early and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast!

This bed and breakfast has everything.. Location parking delicious food and all at a great price point It was my first trip to Kingston and it will definitely not be my last. The owner made us feel very welcome and at home. I would recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone.

We stayed three nights and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The gourmet breakfasts were always fresh and creative and I loved the large pot of tea each morning. The roomy four poster bed was very comfortable and we woke up feeling refreshed. Great area, very quiet, very clean. I miss Monty. I"ll have to go back!

Stayed for one night on way through Kingston. In fairly historic area and quick access to waterfront. Small B&B with lovely sitting and bedroom. Very comfortable, friendly hostess and retriever. Good breakfast and enjoyable stay. Parking round the back.

I stayed here just one night for a business retreat and found it quiet, clean and comfortable. The owner was away and so she had someone looking after the place for her but everything was just fine. A great location just minutes from downtown, too.
