Stayed at this hotel many times and was not allowed to stay due to no credit card, offered a $500 cash deposit as we just had a long 5 hour drive. Wife was also 5 months pregant and a 5 year old in the car. Didn't care. Not good. more

The room was clean, checkout was easy and easy access from the 401. On the negative side, unfriendly staff and this is an outdated facility. I stayed here last summer with my family and we liked the place. The rooms were pretty good, beds maybe could use an upgrade. I arrived in Kingston around 945pm on a Friday and found that my current accommodation's were awful. Started calling around to local hotels. This one came in as the cheapest. This was our first stay at this hotel and it was outstanding. The staff, room, swimming pool, whirlpool, restaurant and location were all excellent. This means that the reviews before us were all correct and we appreciate Tripadvisor for helping make this stay a very comfortable one. We will return to this hotel again. more

We stayed 2 nights in a king room on the 4th floor & found it roomy...the balcony was a nice added feature. The pool, sauna & hottub were lovely...not the most chic, but certainly enjoyable...& overall, much better value than the other hotels in town. We would definitely stay there again. more
