Stayed with a soccer team. The corridors and rooms were dirty. Found bed bugs in the morning and blood stain in the sheets from bugs. Bat's in the hall.. Some parents left with their families. I was refused a refund- and could not afford another room. Price for 2 nights- $256.00! Filed a complaint with the BBB.... more

Was in a small room with a queen size bed and very small bathroom, with a painted over plaster textured walls!! Needs a big reno job! Stayed with a hockey team dec 27th. rooms were impeccably clean, small but comefortable. hotel is walking ds to downtown, staff is great and overall we had a great time. Would definately recommend to anyone who is on a budget but looking for a clean and central location in Kingston. more

When my friends and I arrived in Kingston we thought wow it looks like such a run down looking hotel and the inside wasn't that much better. There was a drunk person outside our room the first night who puked all over the hall way and therefore the 5 days we stayed there outside of our room smelt like puke.... more

After driving for a while,i decided to try and check in early.Upon arrival at the hotel,i was informed that it would be no problem,only that it would be 20 minutes before my room was ready which to me was no problem. I just realized that I could use Trip Advisor to advise people how really bad this place is. The best thing were the donuts in the morning! We stayed here labour day weekend because it was the cheapest place we could find and we still ended up paying over $130!! The outside is nice and we thought the inside would be too. Don't go and compare this motel with 5 stars. It's not! Although the room smelled of stale cigarettes (isn't that illegal now???) and the bathroom was from the 70's and had mildew, the price was right for a quick stay over (I stayed over two nights). Admittedly, the bed was super comfortable and the sheets and towels were impeccably CLEAN.... more

was a little worried about staying here after reading some of the negative reviews, but happy that i picked this place. the rates were fantastic, room a little small, but spotless. Breakfast adeqaute, staff was friendly and helpful and location was excellent. all in all excellent stay. more
