What a pleasant surprise--quaint room with fireplace, four-poster bed, and comfortable decor. Very clean, quiet, and had an extremely comfortable mattress. Breakfast is by voucher at one of the hotel's restaurants. It was excellent, with actual dishes and flatware-not styrofoam and plastic. Would definitely return.

There were dead bugs in the lights in the bathroom, an alive one in the sink, spider webs by the fire place and an overall uncomfortable stay. Wasn't a fan of the old cabin feel it has. Probably would not stay at this hotel again.

I assure that we stay in Kingston, even though my meeting was 3 hourd away in Montreal. Love the hotel and staff! I will continue to stay there. The location has a huge historical places of interest and the people are great!

Spent one night have while travelled, did not have a prebooked room, got a rate of $139 with taxes came to $154, it included breakfast. Hotel room was average, a queen room with a sofa, the room had a fireplace in the corner, a 32" flatscreen TV, a work desk, a fridge, safe, and a coffee maker on the bedside... More

We stayed three nights in this hotel in May. We looked forward to our return in September. Following a long day on the road the atmosphere is truly relaxing. The availability of casual dinning in the bar is great. The breakfast is a cut above the norm and a more formal dinning room featuring local wines is also available. The... More

This was a stop over in Kingston, on our way to Ottawa. We were pleased with our decision to stay once again in a Best Western. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. It is nice to have breakfast included. We have never been disappointed. Although some what of a drive from downtown Kingston, it was nice to see the... More

Have stayed here a few times after friend's recommendation. Comfortable, clean rooms with friendly service from staff at all levels. Lounge/bar is great for relaxing in evening when not doing the sites and bar food never disappoints.Complimentary breakfast buffet is adequate and reasonable variety of food or order off a menu. Outdoor pool in season with "window" to bar for... More

I am not loyal to any particular hotel brand, but if this is what Best Westerns are like across the board, i may have found a brand to which I could be loyal! The front desk staff were good- it seemed both people I dealt with were either new, or had not been on the front desk in a while... More

We have stayed in many Best Western Plus hotels in Canada, the USA and Europe and while this hotel was very good and I would stay again, we were a bit disappointed that our hot breakfast was a bit cold! On checking out the receptionist asked us how everything was and we said "very good except the breakfast was a... More

This quaint hotel is like a "real cabin" in the woods. The staff was delightful, everyday for 4 days and nights. The rooms were knotty pine, with fireplaces, plenty of room. the hotel restaurants were wonderful, great free breakfasts. It is the closest thing to been in the woods, but on Main Street. Loved, loved, loved it. (BTW--we had the... More
