Thank you Ryan and staff for excellent customer service! Ryan is the manager and I look forward to staying at Marriott's in the future. Marriotts are clean, professional and clearly choose customer oriented staff.

We stayed as a large group as part of a hockey tournament. You can tell this hotel is used to large groups, as everything was extremely well organized. The hotel is in a prime location with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Very clean, and rooms were much larger than we thought they would be, with plenty of room... More

We stayed one night in two adjoining rooms in Dec 2014. One room had a large shower stall and the other had a bathtub - if you have small children, be sure to book a room with a tub. Room was VERY clean and very spacious. The pool was super clean, water was 84 degrees but felt warmer. We were... More

Hello ChristyCanuk! Greetings from Kingston. Thank you for staying with us in December and for taking the time to write about your experience. We're sorry that your stay fell on a time when our waterslide was not open. We are required to staff a lifeguard in order to have it operational. As our business patterns typically indicate, weekdays are not... More

We stayed in mid December for our son's hockey. The rooms were beautiful - above average size and vey fresh looking. Lots of room to air out a hockey bag which was a nice surprise. The location was great and close to lots of food choices. We took advantage of the outlet shopping right there in the same parking lot.... More

We travelled to Kingston recently for a hockey tournament and stayed here. Rooms are quite large, modern and clean. Bathroom is quite large with glass doors on the shower. Hotel is close to movie theatre, outlet shopping and restaurants (both sit down and fast food). Being right off the 401, it's easy to access and downtown Kingston is only minutes... More

We have not stayed at this brand for some years. We needed to be in Kingston and wanted a hotel near the 401. It appears to be relatively new and is located at a small outlet mall, with a few restaurants nearby. The staff were quite welcoming, which is alsways a positive for any hotel chain. Both check-in and check-out... More

We picked the hotel because we needed an overnight stop over and didn’t want to stray too far from Highway 401. The hotel looks pretty non-descript from the exterior but the interior has more character. We liked the room and the snack bar/coffee shop off the main check in area. Good place for breakfast. There were hockey teams staying at... More

If there is one thing I hate, it's walking through the front door of a high-end hotel and encountering a frosty, hostile reception. Come on ladies. This is supposed to be the hospitality industry. At Christmas.

Very nice hotel - clean, quiet, comfortable beds. We found the cleaning staff and the staff at the front desk to be very nice, and always gave us a smile. Although the '401' often shows up in the name, it is far enough away from the highway that you definitely don't hear any highway noise. Great hotel for younger kids,... More

Courtyard by Marriott in Kingston, Ontario is well situated, just off Highway #401 at the Division St. exit. I/we stayed here on business/pleasure a number of times, and would certainly return. The hotel is new, “quasi boutique style”, modern,…. with comfortable, clean and QUIET rooms. The facilities are adequate, with a nice pool, water slide, hot tub and gym with... More
