I stayed at the Econo Lodge City Centre many times over the past summer for work. It was easily accessible from downtown kingston and had parking directly next to the convenient side entrance. There was tons of construction at the time ("the big dig") and unfortunately it was directly in front of the hotel, however the construction itself did not... More

I've been staying at this hotel for several times in past 2 years and have always had a good experience. It is clean and the staff are friendly and attentive.Good location, decent breakfast, good service, good price structure.

It's a good thing the staff was friendly at the front desk, I will give it at least that. My room smelt of old must and mildew and there was a condom wrapper near the edge of my bed when I checked in and was left there for my entire stay (5 nights) Way to go cleaning staff! My bed... More

Currently the street is closed in front of the econo lodge for construction. Thankfully, we never heard any construction noise while we were staying. We did have troubles finding the parking lot when we first arrived. But once we asked at the reception desk it was convenient and free. The hotel itself could use a lot of work, but what... More

The hotel was hard to get to because of the road work going on right in front of it, but that is not The hotels fault. The hallways had a bit of a smell to them it wasn't unpleasant it was just odd. The room and bathroom were clean. The beds were very comfortable. And the A\C unit worked awesome... More

I had read the reviews for this place before arriving in Kingston and thought twice before committing to it (based on reviews). We were only stopping on our way through town and were seeking an affordable, dog-friendly hotel. When we arrived it was actually not bad at all. Our room was clean, bathroom, sheets, everything was good. The receptionist was... More

I was absolutely appalled at the uncleanliness of the so called hotel. The room was smelly, the bed had squashed bugs in it, and the bed spread had cigarette burns through out it. Also the bed looked as if someone had been in it. No way were we staying there! I GOT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!! If a room is dirty... More

The room was dark, dank & dingy and even worse when the light was allowed in by opening the curtains. The bed appeared to be poorly made, upon pulling back the comforter and sheets we found large cigarette burns in the comforter, stained sheets and a squashed bug on the bottom sheet. The bathroom was horrible. The view was that... More

It’s been some time since anyone cared about the EconoLodge in Kingston. The car park is riddled with weeds, and furthermore, you’ll be told on arrival that there are only a handful of parking spaces that are available to you: park in the middle, the front, or the side opposite to the hotel, and you’ll be towed. Park next to... More
