Even thought the hotel was very busy, the front desk staff made it seem like I was their only guest. The service they gave was first class all the way. Their friendly personality made you feel right at home.

Our family of four stayed for a night. Its a very dated hotel/motel. The sliding back door did not open properly. The surface looked ok clean but open up the hotel guide and their was moldy food stuck behind the front cover. The beds were saggy but oddly enough they felt pretty comfortable. The room also smelled like smoke although... More

Stayed here one night. Seemed to be there at the same time as a hockey tournament or something as there was a lot of children and parents. Kids were running up and down the hall all night and we were waken by people in the halls in the morning being loud. Didn't stay for breakfast. The room numbers are very... More

Clean hotel. Friendly front desk staff. Heating unit in the room was old and noisy. Towel bar in bathroom fell off and struck my toe. When I told the front desk, they did nothing. Ok place, but I've stayed in much nicer places at that price point.

This hotel is older and the rooms are definitely dated. It is a basic hotel but conveniently located near major roads and the arena. It is clean, lots of parking and they serve a basic breakfast. The staff are friendly and check in was quick.

We booked this hotel for a Sentors game on March 26. The location is great and a five minute drive to the Canadian Tire Centre. The area is nice and safe, retaurants, shops, lcbo...all close to the hotel. This hotel is pretty standard and basic, everything expected a Comfort Inn can offer . The breakfast area is larger than some... More

Rooms smell like mold and marajuana. Front desk staff are rude and have no interest in helping paying customers. No cable or internet during our visit I watched a hockey Mom fall on ice outside the side entrance and I reported it to front desk. 1 hr later, ice was still there. Newly renovated? i dont think so. Discount...yah right.... More

Terrible is being nice, TV would not work, they gave me batteries and said good luck. Couldn't adjust heat, had to leave window open and listen to the 417. Front desk didn't care or offer any discount
