My worst experience ever!!! Room was not clean (someone's hair in bathtub and disposable cups!), remote controll was not working, the toilet was not flushing in the morning.. The swimming pool was not available (and THERE WAS NO NOTES ABOUT IT ON WEB SITE!!! photos we reviewed before going showed bautifull swimming pool). You have to pay extra for everithing.... more

Seem to be a number of bad reviews so can only state my experience which was a Sunday night stop over where me and the wife were only one of two parties to dinner being fussed over and we were the only ones at breakfast. On the positive side the room was nice with a great view where the variable shower head did not vary and the steam iron did not steam. Very comfortable bed and a nice work desk. Rooms were clean but dated. Main elevators were not functioning properly during the entire one week stay. guests were forced to use the service elevators and endure VERY long waits. The furniture was beat up, the ceiling was waterstained, the carpet was stained. There was a tacky recycling bin out in the room. The curtains wouldn't close all of the way and that made it hard to sleep since there was light coming in from outside all night. more
