Physically, this is a great establishment. But making people pay an additional cost to park in a huge empty suburban lot is bad policy. Finding a big dirty pizza box under my bed was worse.

We were looking for a hotel close to the University, and happened upon 'The Delta'--which was very convenient for our needs. What a great find!!!!! A lovely hotel in all ways,a comfortable room, a nice bar, a superb breakfast and fantastic staff. Thankyou all , we will be back-----soon !
