Stayed in Guelph for a week on course at the University. The location was ideal. The rooms, although very plain and basic were clean. The room was very spacious. My family of 4 enjoyed our stay here. Very helpfull front desk staff and nice clean rooms. Free continental breakfast is a nice touch. I visited Guelph frequently with a son at U of G and find this motel to be the best value. more
