When we arrived, I noticed that there were very few cars in the parking lot. I saw that as a good thing since it would be easy to get a room. Check in was smooth and the woman at the counter was friendly. The room was clean and I noticed that the mattresses looked like they had never been used.... More

yes it needs new furniture, but it is always clean and very comfortable. It is best to go "off season" and not when there is a hockey tournament at the nearby hockey rink. The resturant is only open for breakfast and supper, BUT the food is the BEST. (and it is fresh) There is no lunch. We will go again... More

I've stayed at this hotel before when it was a Holiday Inn and was always quite satisfied. This time my toilet overflowed at 2AM. It took more than one attempt phoning the front desk until someone answered. Turned out that the only guy on duty was busy fixing problems in other rooms. When he finally arrived in my room he... We stayed here one night in a King Suite and were very impressed with the room, it was very large, had a fireplace and the whirlpool tub was also clean and in good condition. The bed wasn't the greatest and some furnishings could be updated but overall it was well kept. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The... More

The hotel was very nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Stayed twice on business, but the second time needed to change rooms because of a stain in the carpet - however, it was quickly addressed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always willing to meet and exceed needs. The rooms were a nice size and bedding was very comfortable. TV's... More

This was a very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Only objection is that I do not like where the bar was set up, to the side of the lobby. I would have liked a more intimate setting rather than just the side of a large well lit room. Bar was small too, not inviting. I had planned to go to... More

We stayed at this hotel this past Saturday, as our team was playing another Tyke team from Buffalo. The entrance to the hotel was nice and very large, and check in was easy. We were a group of 17 families with 7 year old boys, and the pool was a good energy release area. The rooms were typical hotel rooms.... More

Very clean rooms as well as the pool. Wonderful fresh food @ breakfast and dinner. Staff our very friendly as well. Rooms could use an update, like new carpet etc. but otherwise we had no complaints. It was nice to get away and relax in a room with a fireplace.

The ownership has changed since I last visited, but the service and comfort is still the same. Breakfast was made to order and substantial for anyone. Rooms were good. Lack of Minibar facility was a dampner

This property is the old Holiday Inn. Front desk staff was friendly. Rooms are somewhat pricey. 25” tube type TV with about 40 channels. The TV picture was OK but not great. The work area was a small square table with no lamp close by, and a single hidden outlet near the TV. Beds are comfortable, and linens are fairly... More
