This hotel is excellent! Offers luxury, space (we had a superior room), very good service and quietness. Every evening a good feeling to return to the hotel. A fine look-forward to the great breakfast the next morning!

We spent four days at the Eremo and loved every minute. It's a bit difficult to find, but so worth the trip up the narrow, twisting road. We were greeted by Professor Lalli and welcomed to our room, which was beautifully furnished. We loved waking to the bright sunshine daily, followed by a lucious breakfast on the balcony overlooking Spoleto.... More

During our two weeks vacation in Umbria we have been staying at fabulous places throughout, but la Residenza d'Eppoca Eremio delle Grazie was the undisputed highlight. The photos can't do the place real justice. Atmosphere and ambience are just fantastic. Looking down on Spoleto from the patio at dinner from 300 meters above (or from the beautiful swimming-pool) is just... More

Ok - it takes a bit of doing to find this place, but anything worthwhile, is worth a bit of trouble and this place is an amazing step back in history that you are not ever going to forget. We stayed in the fra Ginepro room, and were in complete awe when we entered. They have combined three former monks'... More

This is a true "Hermitage". The hosts offer pure Italian hospitality. We woke on our first morning listening to church bells chiming to Salve Maria. The views and vistas are spectacular. The breakfast is done well. With only six rooms this is a great way to begin your adventures in the region of Umbria. With the town of Spiletto closely... More

This restored monastery toward the top of a very tall hill and at the end of a narrow road was worth very aspect of getting there. The location looks over the town of Spoleto and the historic significance of this property cannot be undervalued. Everywhere you look, you see evidence of its owners and distinguished guests. Staff superb, place immaculately... More

Signore Valeria is a hostest with the mostest: the warm welcome as you enter her hotel makes you feel like a friend in her home. The hotel has a peace about it, not found in the mass hotels of the city and the history of the building, it's visitors and it's surroundings is fascinating. You will need a car to... More

This is a magical place, the hotel sits on the side of a mountain where St Francis and St Anthony used to come and stay in meditation in one of the local caves. It is worth a visit to the top of the mountain, in the monastery, even if you do not stay at the hotel. Back to the hotel,... More

Signora Valeria made our holiday in Spoleto unforgettable. We visited in August 2013 (sorry for late review!). I enjoy hotels that create an experience, and Eremo delle grazie was everything that you could want to experience in Umbria and Spoleto. The rooms are authentic in the style of the former monastery, but bathrooms are modern enough. My favorite was opening... More

This ancient hermitage ( now "residenza d'epoca" - historical quality house ) is a fascinating site. I was doing fine in this hotel as at home.
