I booked this Comfort Inn as I have previously stayed at many in Ontario, and have always experienced a pleasant stay in every way. Not so at this location - the "lobby" was a combination dining room, check-in and check-out area, adjacent to the laundry room, where the laundry room door was always open for full view of laundry facilities.... more

We just spent two nights at the Comfort Inn, Cambridge and were greeted warmly by the front desk staff. In fact the front desk staff were very helpful with directions throughout our stay.
