Overall, a nice hotel... our room was surprisingly quiet even facing the 401. We had a 1 bedroom suite, which allowed us to bring our young daughter who was able to sleep soundly while my wife and I could be in the other room without having to go "lights out" at 7pm. The hotel is brand new with modern, functional rooms and bathrooms (excellent shower!). Could not hear any noise from outside even though my room was facing the highway in a far distance. “Nice hotel - Maintenance should have better attention to details”

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night for a conference at a local church. Very nice hotel - was able to check in with no delay, and the staff were friendly. stayed here at a conference this past weekend. the hotel is not the same four points standards as other hotels. the hotel is put together cheaply. there was a 1 inch gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. i was at the farthest room facing kitchener away from the 401. you hear traffic of the highway starting... Terrific new Four Points. Great staff. Great Food. Reasonable upgrades for SPG Plats New FP style rooms well done and no issues with noise off the expressway. Lots of parking. Secure/Safe area. More restaurants/retail a 5 min drive away. More

My job takes me to the greater Waterloo area and I've stayed at several different properties nearby, the Four Points is the best "business class" stay I've found by far. There is no reason why only 5 stars hotels should get 5 stars. I love Four Points. The Waterloo/Kitchener area is known for its lack of good hotels, which makes this one the very best pick in the area. Believe me. I tried them all.
