I really didn't get what I have come to expect from Hilton hotels at this one. The pool was absolutely freezing-something about them having to drain it and the heater not kicking back in right away (one of the reasons we wanted to stay there in the first place with having a little onewas the pool so a little dissapointing).... more

Thank you for your comment regarding our pool. It sounds like it was a little cool, after refilling it. I'm sure it was disappointing for you and your family. We are fortunate that we also operate the hotel just next door and offer our guests access to the adjacent pool when ours is being "refreshed". We would have been happy...

To say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. For a hotel in the heart of industrial type district it was so much more than expected. Check-in was quick with warm cookies on a platter for guests. The rooms was a decent size with the ususal ammenities as well as microwave and fridge. The room was spotless. I'm very... more

My short stay at the Hilton Garden was good. My room was very clean and still appeared to be very new. The room was spacious. It had a small fridge, microwave, and a nice office chair and desk. My room was on the 2nd floor, faced the highway, was across from the elevator, and was still quiet. I couldn’t expect... more

Stayed two nights with a wedding. Reception was also in John Labatt Room B. We found the hotel to be very clean.......even the hall corners, and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Reception was handled very well......good food and service. Breakfast is a little awkward......you are not sure if you can order through the window or if the server... more

I have a diamond membership with HHonours, most of my stays have been at the Hilton Garden Inn locations all over the USA and Canada. Rooms/Service: We choose the Hilton Garden Inn not for the location - it was actually about as far from our venue as you could get in Burlington but I am very familiar with the chain... more

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We found the staff to be friendly, attentive and organized. Our room was clean and well decorated. The only complaint I have was the traffic noise. Our room was facing the QEW. I'm sure if we had another room towards the interior of the hotel, this would not have... more

Our youth hockey team stayed at this property for a local tournament. 2 of our boys were approached by a gentleman asking them to come back to his room. Fortunately these boys knew better, and promptly found their parents. When the parents went to the front desk, we were met with a staff which seemed to think this was a... more

The hotel respects the opinions of all of our guests. First and foremost, we thank the guest for staying here with his family for the duration of their 3 day stay. As noted during this weekend period, there were several meetings with our Management team to listen and respond to the guest, including our Guest Services Manager and the General...

Stayed here while on business for a few days and I cannot complain about anything. The rooms are adequately sized and clean and the rates are reasonable. It's right next door to the Homewood Suites but not close to any shops/restaurants. It is right next to the QEW but quite well-insulated from the traffic noise. I didn't use the small-ish... more

The Hitlon Garden Inn in Burlington is a good hotel with a wonderful staff. There is a quiet little bar where you can unwind at the end of the day. The tv is a 50" inch or so flat screen. All of the rooms have newer flat panel screens so thats nice. The rooms with the hot tubs are nice... more

Although it has been some time since you wrote about this hotel - I wanted to thank you. I also wanted to advise you that over the next several months, there is a huge shopping centre being built with restaurants, movie theatre, 56 new stores, etc. - right on the other side of Burloak Drive. Literally within walking distance of...

I stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn Sept 13-15, 2006. I chose this hotel as a result of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in Times Square last February. The staff were great, the hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious, well appointed and quiet. The room service was also outstanding, the food was well presented and very tasty.... more
