Stayed at this Holiday Inn do to its location due to our activities in the area. The staff here are very pleasant and helpful. I like the Holiday Inn chain Hotels. This hotel was some what of a disappointment more so becasue of its age and that it lacks the functionality of the more trendy hotels. Example is we had... More

I stayed here with a sporting team in April. I could not fault the staff they were all very friendly and helpful. The facilities were great and perfect for a sporting team. I used the pool and spa every day and others with the team used the gym, pool and spa. The restaurant was great with good food and fabulous... More

Average hotel, in a good location. Plenty of restaurants and near a shopping center. Rooms rate from below average to average. Standard internet is slow and connection drops frequently. Breakfast and supper in the restaurant are good, although prices as can be expected are a little high for what you get.

They say they are award winners but I don't see how!! Reception ? No way. The lady was serious to almost rude, maybe she had a bad day. Room? Outdated. Style Comfort inn but before a renovation. Bathroom really tiny. From a supposedly 3 stars hotel i shouldn't find hair in the bathtub or on the pillow but I did.... More

Went overnight to a conference. Good location, right off highway and easy to find. Rooms clean and well maintained. Did not use any of the gym or pool facilities but looked nice. Location is great for restaurants in walking distance. Check in staff were very pleasant and helpful - the free homemade cookies at the counter after 3 pm were... More

We got there about 10pm. There was convenient parking. The front desk agent who helped us (I really wish I remembered her name, she was SO friendly!) was phenomenal! She checked me in quickly, and even though we were booked on the third floor she did not hesitate to move us to the first when I requested it. The room... More

This is a relatively clean hotel located off the QEW in Burlington. A quick drive into Toronto or Hamilton. Or just hang out by the lake in downtown Burlington. There is lots of shopping all within a ten minute drive. This hotel has a nice pool, ok gym, and a great buffet breakfast. One of the best around for this... More

Even booking three months in advance, this was the only hotel room available for miles around due to a sporting event taking place. We received a warm welcome and were given an executive room on the 6th floor (we never did understand what the 'executive' part meant). It was very noisy until about midnight with children running in the hallway... More

Stayed here with my son's basketball team for a local tournament. The hotel is great for teams. Hotel has a pool and a large atrium area where kids can gather and play. Security shuts it down at 11:00 pm which is reasonable, especially for those in rooms facing into the atrium. Our room was on the 1st floor in a... More

This hotel seems like it would be great for families and sporting teams. There is an enclosed "courtyard" where children are allowed to run around and yell until 11pm. The children are also apparently allowed to run down the hallways as well. When the front desk was called, they stated that quiet time begins at 11pm. After calling at 11:15pm... More
