I have stayed here because of location but would love another option. Tired decor and the floors smell of food. Toilets are old and not environmentally friendly. Restaurants nearby better than hotel food.

i stayed here with my girlfriend in june. we went to the royal botanical gardens which was close. The room was clean .
The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the pool. Since we went in the evening we nhad it to ourselves.

Short answer, not worth staying at. Both Tripadvisor AND google shows this as a Holiday Inn, but during my visit this summer, they were listed as newly taken over and called the Burlington Convention Center. They are definitely not meeting the standards of the Holiday Inn Brand (IMHO)
