This is to inform the buyer beware, and others. Little Hawk is a beautiful place. The views are great, and the cottages are cottages, not homes. We visited this still in the depths of winter at easter at found the whole area both beautiful and quaint. It was a very quiet period for the resort but that made no difference to us.
