Don't stay here if you're looking for luxury and the staff to fall all over you. Stay because you want a decent place in a top location, that's why my wife and I chose it. It's a short walk to the harbor and marine museum to the south, and also close to shopping on Spring Garden and the Public Gardens... more

Our first impression was wrong as the lobby struck us as being Best Western quality. However we found our room to be comfortable with nice furnishings and good a/c. The location was fine as it was an easy walk to all the waterfront attractions. One bit of advice: don't accept a lower floor room facing the front of the hotel.... more

Excellent location...hotel 5 min. walk from harbourfront and pier, making it a great location. Staff were friendly and room very comfortable. However when the fog comes in off the water, temperature can be a little cooler compared to hotels a little further north such as Lord nelson etc. I'd highly recommend the 5 Fisherman for dinner ...the all you can... more

Not up to my expectations, the room was small and dingy, not as clean as I would expect from Sheraton. Good location to walk to the waterfront/pier activities. Had to walk up hill several blocks to all other downtown attractions. No view from hotel rooms. Rooms are comfortable, staff was very nice and the complimentary breakfast and 6th floor lounge was great. more

Just returned from 2 nights at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was fine, spacious, fridge, iron, hairdryer, coffee maker, even an umbrella to borrow!! the check in was easy and pleasant, even though I had a bit of an issue using my airmiles, this was quickly fixed. It was only after asking, as they are not listed on their online pricing room options, did I learn that not only does the hotel have jacuzzi tub rooms but also some rooms with bubble jet tubs. One or the other is often a nice way to unwind while out of town. It would be a lot sweeter though if... more
