Stayed for 2 nights for an interview at the hospital What I liked: STAFF - Very accommodating, and friendly. Let me have my last-minute request of a late check-out. ROOMS - clean, and quaint, not over the top covered with 100s of lace doilies like some BnB places! The en-suite bathroom is functional and clean as well. LOCATION - Great... More

This little gem is a small inn in Halifax that is near to everything. The staff are wonderful. The room have character, each one being different, and the feel is homey. Perfect place to stay for business or pleasure. I look forward to a time when I can stay there and not have anything to do but relax and enjoy... More

We stayed for one night in October. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast room was messy after the guests had used it in the morning. The tables were dirty and dishes etc in sink. It got worse when I went looking in the drawers for cutlery. There was no cutlery but there was a... More

Our room was small but very comfortable and clean. There would really be no views from any of the rooms and ours was of an alley way. Tea and coffee with sweets was available in the evening - would have been nice if it had been in the late afternoon. Breakfast was nothing special. The location is perfect, whether visiting... More

I stayed here because my it was near the hospital i was interviewing at. Not worth it. Total came to 165 with tax. That is so much. The rooms are so small No one is available after 11pm until 730 am Breakfast is at that time. It was clean. We checked in at around 11 pm and had to speak... More

Nice place, a little pricey for what you get, but inexpensive compared to others in the area. Walking distance to local attractions. Front desk was knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms were clean quite and comfortable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, my mother and I stayed for two nights and so far it is my favorite hotel. The rooms are very clean and quaint. The breakfast area is small and a little crowded, but very good home baked goods. The location is perfect and it's very affordable and quiet. The one thing I didn't like was... More

This inn is owned by doctors, several of them stay at the inn which is situated across from a health science centre. The lighting in this place is garish and the air conditioning was constantly blowing on us in our room and in certain sections of the eating area. Breakfast is included but the quality of the food is mediocre... More

The location of this B&B is ideal for anyone without a car. Many things are within walking distance; the harbour, downtown, some cool shops and restaurants close by, the lovely public gardens and tea rooms about two blocks away. It is also easy enough to walk to the Citadel. If you are in a car, however, be aware that you... More

I stayed at this Inn again this week and as usual the staff was very accommodating. I arrived tired and the staff suggested taking a bath and said if I needed anything to just call her and she would bring it down immediately. You cannot ask for anything better then that. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is... More
